Terms of Purchase

The LUNABRIO.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by DesignTree LLC (“LUNABRIO”). This agreement is between user and DesignTree, LLC (“LUNABRIO”).

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply when you buy any product, service, plan, or membership from “LUNABRIO.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are specific to purchases. Your use of our website, platform, or content is also subject to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are available on our site.

Financial Considerations

You agree to pay the price stated at checkout. All prices are in USD currency unless noted otherwise. Taxes, fees, or other charges may be added where applicable.

Renewals & Cancellations

All memberships and subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each term (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). By purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until then.

NON-REFUNDABLE RENEWALS: Renewal charges are final and non-refundable once billed. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your renewal date. We’ll always send an email reminder before your renewal date so you’re not caught off guard.

Refunds & Guarantees

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unless otherwise stated at point of sale, or in Terms, our standard policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. To request a refund (where eligible), contact us in writing at [email protected] before the guarantee period expires. Automatic renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.

FOUNDING MEMBERS: Founding Member purchases paid in full are eligible for a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. To qualify, you must demonstrate that you’ve actively engaged with the membership (e.g., attended sessions, accessed resources, or participated in the community). If after that engagement it’s still not a fit, reach out within 90 days of purchase to request a refund.

PAYMENT PLANS: We do not provide refunds beyond the guarantee period (30 days for most purchases, 90 days for Founding Members). After said period ends, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment regardless if you complete the program. If you are on a payment plan and you do not request a refund within the guarantee period, you are required to complete the remaining payments.

Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback with your financial institution or card issuer before first contacting us to resolve the issue. If you file a chargeback, you forfeit any bonuses, materials, or access provided as part of the purchase. We reserve the right to present proof of your purchase and agreement to these Terms to dispute a chargeback.

Recurring Payments

If you enroll in a subscription, membership, or payment plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to automatically charge the payment method on file according to the frequency disclosed at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. If a payment fails, we may suspend or revoke access until the balance is paid.

Revocation of Access

You have the right to terminate Your use and access to any purchased products, memberships, or services. Please send an email to [email protected] to initiate this process.

Termination will not excuse you of further payment. Upon confirmation of Your termination, and all outstanding balances will become immediately due and payable. Any existing balance that remains after 14 days from the date of termination may be sent to a collections agency and You agree to be responsible for any additional charges, fees, or costs associated with such a collection effort, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

We also reserve the right to revoke access to purchased products, memberships, or services if: (1) Payments are overdue, (2) You violate these Terms, or (3) Your actions disrupt the experience for others. Termination of access does not excuse you from paying any remaining balance on a plan or subscription. Any unpaid balances that are referred to a collections agency may also be reported to credit bureaus, which could negatively impact your credit score.
